I have taken part and lead a wide range of branding and advertising campaigns. Most recently, I have produced and maintained the brand guidelines and recruitment marketing assets for DWP Digital.

Next Sprint event coverage
The DWP Digital "Next Sprint" event brought a range of tech sectors and digital leaders together to showcase how the latest technology and data can be used to help millions of people change their lives for the better.
Working within a marketing and events team, I was responsible for the creative team and developing a range of creative assets to help promote this event.
One of the key elements to the post-marketing was the creation of a highlight reel which showcased the 2-day event.
Across the two days, my team and I sourced interviews with hosts, sponsors and attendees. We recorded key presentations and supporting b-roll and set up a live stream which connected the presentation rooms to the main lobby.

DWP Digital designs, develops and supports a range of key digital services such as Universal Credit, Tell us once, Get your State Pensions and Winter Fuel Allowance.
Working within the recruitment marketing team, I was asked to develop a range of videos which would showcase our work, our teams and working practises with the aim to attract new talent.
With the help of the creative team I managed, I developed a range of videos which showcased several different DWP services. We focused on giving the audience an informative "behind the scenes" view of each service, focusing on specifics themes and processes that our target audience would be interested in and could relate to.
We created videos which covered: Universal Credit, Carers Allowance, Get Your State Pensions, Collaborative services, Operations, Cloud Infrastructure, Statistical Services and more. These videos were used across our social media channels and used by the HR teams to help inform candidates about what we do.

What's it's like to work for
DWP Digital is responsible for the transformation of DWP's digital services. To help them do this, they needed to attract the brightest and best digital talent.
To address this, I was tasked to develop a range of assets which would help to explain who we are, what we do and how we do it.

They were also used by our HR teams to showcase our roles to prospective candidates.

Superyacht convention
The international Amsterdam Metatrade show is the world's largest trade exhibition for marine equipment, materials and systems. It specialises in B2B for the marine leisure industry and serves as a platform for innovation, market developments, sales and networking for the superyacht community.
I was commissioned to fly out to Amsterdam on the day of the event to interview sales representatives, product demonstrations and b-roll. On my return, I produced 18 promotional videos which were used across the client's social media channels, website and newsletters.

Community 10,000
As part of its Community 10,000 initiative, the Civil Service pledges 10,000 days each year for its employees to volunteer in local community or voluntary organisations.
I was asked to document one of the volunteering days where DWP employees helped to redevelop an area of land owned by Richard Hill Primary school.

Behind the scenes video AstraZeneca
AstraZeneca contracted the pharmaceutical advertising agency I worked for to developing a global advertising campaign to promote awareness of the underlining risks Post-MI patients have with their disease.
As part of the creative team, I was asked to document the creative process and production of their new ad campaign. To achieve this, I documented a range of key milestones as well as attending one of the companies largest photoshoots at the time which consisted of 10 actors and over 20 crew members.

Parkinson's fundraising video
I was asked by two colleagues to help shoot a quick "rocky montage" video to help their fundraising efforts. We spent our lunch hour shooting several scenes across Hyde Park in London. As this was just a bit fun, the scenes and dialogue were made up on the spot.
Training videos 121 Interview Scenario
The HR team within the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) wanted to educate and upskill their line managers and staff by developing a set of 1-to-1 meeting guides.
I was approached to develop and produce a set of training videos to highlight three different meeting scenarios. The first scenario demonstrated an unengaged member of staff. The second demonstrated an unengaged line manager and the third demonstrated a situation where both parties were engaged.

Recruitment live stream
With the help of the Talent Acquisition Managers (TAMs), I developed a series of live recruitment webinars to help increase the awareness and engagement of our hard to fill roles.
These webinars were the first of their kind within the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). The shows covered a range of topics from a company overview to details of our projects and available roles.
I was responsible for the shows pre and post-marketing, the overall production, the execution (rehearsals, filming, sound, streaming, Q&A) and after-show analytics. The TAMs hosted the show, supported by a specialist from each department.

3D Exhibition design
Animal nutrition brand AB Vista contracted the advertising agency I worked for to develop new branding for their animal nutrition product line. Based on the new branding, I was asked to design and develop their new exhibition stand, which would be used at events and exhibitions across the country. I decided the best way to present the design was to produce a 3D model which would clearly demonstrate its size and final appearance.
Tech podcast series
During the pandemic, it has been challenging to interview and video people in person. So I decided to start producing a podcast series that focuses on DWP's Digital transformation journey and how they are using innovation and technology to improve government services.
